July 15-20th Single Occupancy Hold My Place Deposit
Single Occupancy: $8,500.00 weekly (7 days) per person (upgrades available)
Initial deposit of $1,000 per person is required to hold your space to confirm reservations. 50 % Deposit of program cost by April 15. Final payment is due on or before May 15, 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Studio LXIV, Ltd will adhere to its cancellation policy to offset costs incurred prior to the commencement of the class, which may include but are not limited to: Hotel deposits; itinerary development, and the loss of time that might have permitted resale of reserved space. All cancellations must be made in writing to Studio LXIV, Ltd and are subject to a $500 per traveler administrative fee. No refunds are given for cancellation on or after the day of departure, refunds are only given in advance of trip if required excluding administrative fee.
At the time Studio LXIV, Ltd. receives written notification of cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply:
– 90 days prior to departure: 20 % is non-refundable
– 60 days before departure: 50% is non-refundable
– 30 days or less before departure: 80% in non-refundable
To reserve your space $1,000 deposit is required per participant. Final payment by cash, check, ACH, wire transfer, or credit card is due no later than 30 days prior to the date of departure. If full payment is not received by Studio LXIV Ltd 30 days prior to the departure date, participant reservations may be canceled without notice.
